Tickets & Pricing
Below is a table of prices for the FEDESSA Conference & Trade Show 2023. Please note, this year the payment for tickets is listed and will be taken in Euros, NOT Pound Sterling as has been the case in previous years.
Members rates are applicable to all FEDESSA members (green and blue prices)- including local Associations within Europe and the UK. Australasian, Asian, Japanese and US Association members also receive discounted rates. Please contact the SSA UK office for more details.
The Early Bird rate has now ended, however, we are running an August Special price on the Full and Sessions Only packages (in light blue below) until the end of August.
Please book before 31 August (up to midnight BST on 31 August) to take advantage of this discount. Any bookings received on or after 1 September will be charged at the Standard Rate (darker blue prices). Discount only applies to Full and Sessions Only Packages.
Note that all prices include 21% Dutch VAT, which is applicable as the event is being held in the Netherlands. Reverse charge does not apply unless you are regeistered for VAT in the Netherlands.

Suppliers
Suppliers who wish to attend the conference must either sponsor a package or exhibit in the Trade Show.
Alternatively, suppliers may attend but at a premium of €2,000 inc. 21% Dutch VAT per person for a full package to the event. This cost does include access to all the sessions, Trade Show, and both the evening Dinners.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Operator member cancellations advised in writing before 22 September 2023 receive a 75% refund of the ticket price. No refund on or after 23 September 2023. However, tickets are transferable.
Supplier member cancellations of Sponsorship Packages and/or Trade Show attendance are subject to:
Cancellation prior to July 31 2023 - 50% refund
Cancellations from the 1 August 2023 - no refund
