Nesta Self Storage Santry

Located just off the M50 in North Dublin, Nesta Santry is a purpose-built, high-profile facility recognised as the FEDESSA European Facility of the Year in 2017. Spanning nearly 80,000 sq ft across five floors, it comprises 1,240 individually alarmed units, including eight external-access garage units and a diverse range of internal storage solutions. 

The facility is designed customer experience and operational efficiency, featuring three large service lifts, LED lighting throughout, and robust security with full CCTV coverage and PTI access control throughout. Nesta Santry also includes flexible office, making it a true mixed-use facility catering to both residential and commercial customers. 

Storage World Sandyford - South Dublin

This converted store was opened in 2021 after combining two 1970’s warehouses together into a store with 26.000 sq ft net lettable and 500 units.  Featuring Noke electronic locks and monitored alarms across the 2 levels.  A conversion that was not without its challenges, building within the constraints of the old warehouses.  One of the rooves was removed and replaced as part of the process.  The result is a very smart and modern conversion in a great location.
