These inspections are becoming more common with several members also reporting they have been inspected recently. Ben and Rennie will be discussing what the focus of the inspection was, the questions asked and how members can be best prepared for these inspections.

Preparing for flood season
Rennie and Neil will be discussing how you can prepare your site to avoid flood damage. Water damage is one of the main sources of damage to self storage units, usually caused by storm water or local flooding.
