Annexx Bordeaux Lac
Located in the heart of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Annexx Bordeaux Lac offers secure storage with excellent accessibility. Situated close to IKEA, the autonomous port, and the Auchan shopping centre, the facility is only 8 minutes from downtown Bordeaux.
1Box Mérignac
Ideally located at the entrance to Mérignac, just off the ring road and close to a business and commercial area, the site enjoys a strategic location.
Originally built in the 1960s, this 2,000 m² building has been completely redeveloped into a 6,000 m² premium self-storage facility, which opened in December 2024. Only the original supporting structure has been preserved.
The entire project was driven by a focus on customer experience and environmental commitment.
