- We reserve the right to change the agenda, venue, content or listed speakers as necessary or to postpone/cancel the event.
- By booking to attend the event you agree to the SSA UK storing and using the data provided for event preparation which includes but is not limited to attendance lists which are visible to other delegates and sponsors.
- Only cancellations advised in writing to [email protected] and received 5 days prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund. Please ensure you advise the name of the delegate not attending.
- We do not offer refunds for cancellations received within 5 days of the start of an event.
- Substitutes are permitted. Please advise the SSA UK office as soon as reasonably possible via [email protected] if you require a substitution with the name of the original delegate and the name of the substitute delegate.
- Event bookings are not transferable to alternative events under any circumstances.
