Suppliers
Suppliers who wish to attend the conference must either sponsor a package or exhibit in the Trade Show.
Alternatively, suppliers may attend but at a premium of €2,400 inc. 19% German VAT per person for a full fest package to the event. This cost does include access to all the sessions, Trade Show, both the evening Dinners and facility tour.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Operator member cancellations advised in writing before 1 August 2026 receive a 75% refund of the ticket price. No refund on or after 1 August 2026. However, tickets are transferable.
Supplier member cancellations of Sponsorship Packages and/or Trade Show attendance are subject to:
- Cancellation prior to 1 July 2026 - 50% refund
- Cancellations from 1 July 2026 - no refund
